Please Note: The first submission tranche is now closed for the Call for sites.
We are now in the process of assessing the sites submitted between 27th of June 2025 to the 31st of January 2026. We will be publishing a Candidate Site Register which will confirm the status of each site received, and whether or not the site will be progressed to a Stage 2 assessment.
The Call for Sites submission portal will remain open for online submissions. However, with the exception of those proposed for Gypsy and Traveller uses, sites submitted from the 1st of February will not be considered further until such a time as a second Call for Sites tranche of assessments begins, to be confirmed at a later date.
If you have already submitted a site and would like to provide any additional information, please contact Localplan@herefordshire.gov.uk, with the site ID and the information that you want to change or include.
Detailed guidance on responding to the questions is provided where necessary throughout the form, however we would encourage also reading the full guidance note , as this contains further important information about the Call for Sites process.
